Getting Ready for Exams

Subject: Getting Ready for Exams

Hi Manjet,

How are you? I hope everything is going well. I wanted to write to you because our exams are very soon, and I’m starting to feel a bit nervous.

I’ve made a study plan to help me stay organized. Every day, I study two subjects. In the morning, I study Math or Science, and in the evening, I read for English or History. I try to study for 45 minutes, then take a 15-minute break. It really helps me stay focused.

I also make short notes and flashcards. They are easy to read before I go to sleep. On weekends, I review everything and do practice tests. My teacher says it’s important to practice writing answers, not just reading the book.

Don’t forget to get enough sleep! I used to stay up late, but now I go to bed at 10:00 p.m.. I feel more awake in the morning.

Also, I stopped using my phone while studying. Believe me, it helps a lot! I leave it in another room or give it to my sister for an hour.

Are you doing anything special to prepare? Do you want to study together online sometime this week?

Good luck with your exams, and don’t stress too much. We can do this!

Write back soon!

Take care,
Zouhour
