The Family Picnic

It is Sunday. The sun is in the sky. It is a warm and beautiful day. My family goes to the park for a picnic. We are very happy.

My mother brings a big basket. Inside, there are sandwiches and cakes. My father brings cold orange juice and red apples. I love apples!

My brother, Tom, has a ball. He likes playing football on the grass. My sister, Anna, has a book. She likes reading under a big tree.

We eat our food together. The sandwiches are delicious. The cakes are sweet. We talk and laugh.

In the evening, we go home. We are tired but we are happy. I love family picnics.
